Privacy policy

This page explains what data Coup90 collects, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: e-mail address, password (never stored in clear: it is transformed before storage), optional name, country, confirmation of being an adult, referral code.
  • Device: notification token (Expo), device type, app version, language, alert preferences, a device fingerprint used to limit fraud.
  • Usage: teams and picks you favorite, votes, messages sent to the AI assistant and to support, subscription and payments (transfer reference, amount, payment phone number), measurements of offer and notification display.
  • Technical: app errors, IP addresses as a non-readable fingerprint to limit sign-ups and login attempts.

2. Why (purposes)

Provide the Service and your subscription; send the notifications you enabled; reply to you; secure accounts and prevent abuse; measure and improve the Service; meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Retention

  • Account data, favorites and messages: while the account exists; deleted or anonymized when the account is deleted.
  • Payments: kept without a named link after account deletion, for accounting obligations.
  • Technical logs (login and sign-up attempts, diagnostics): 30 days at most.

4. Providers that process data

Hosting of the site and API; database and authentication; notification delivery; sports data and odds; artificial intelligence (the messages you write to the assistant are sent to an AI provider to produce the answer); site fonts. They do not use your data for their own advertising. Some are located outside Côte d'Ivoire.

5. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or object to some processing. Account deletion is available in the app ("My account") or through support. See "Account and data deletion".

6. Legal framework

We rely on Ivorian law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on personal data protection. You may refer the matter to the competent authority (ARTCI) if you believe your rights are not respected.

7. Minors

The Service is forbidden to people under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it.
