1. Who we are

Coup90 ("the Service") is a sports information and analysis app and website. The publisher is identified only as "Coup90". Contact: the in-app support form (menu, Contact support) or the Telegram channel https://t.me/coup90com.

2. What the Service does

Coup90 publishes statistical estimates about football matches (free picks, coupons, big wins, exact scores, live picks, the Montante challenge). Coup90 is not a bookmaker: it takes no bets, collects no stakes and pays no winnings. Odds shown come from a partner bookmaker for information only and can change at any time.

3. No guarantee of winnings

A pick is an estimate, never a certainty. Football is uncertain: any pick can lose. Past results do not guarantee future results. See "Disclaimer and no guarantee".

4. Access and account

The Service is for people aged 18 or over. To create an account you provide a valid e-mail address and a password and declare you are 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. An account is personal and cannot be shared or resold. We may suspend an account in case of abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

5. Premium subscription

  • Premium gives access to every subscriber-only service (coupons, big wins, exact scores, Live, Montante) for 10,000 FCFA per month (30 days). The current price is shown in the app before any payment.
  • Payment is made by mobile money transfer (Wave, Orange Money, MTN, Moov or another method offered in the app): you enter your transfer reference, then our team checks the payment and activates the subscription.
  • No automatic renewal: the subscription ends at its term and renews only if you pay again.
  • A welcome offer or a referral credit may reduce the price (see "Referral and welcome offer").

6. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see "Account and data deletion"). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Refunds are described in the "Refund and cancellation policy".

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for the betting decisions you take, resulting losses, or errors or delays from our data providers. Our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid for the period concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and analysis engine belong to Coup90. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; the update date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law
